A girl wakes up in a hospital, and discovers she's blind, and forgot her whole life. When she wakes up, a doctor tells her that she lived with her aunt and uncle, because her parents died some time go. The only problem is that her aunt and uncle suddenly disappeared just before she got the car accident. Which means that now, she'll have to live with a foster family. But Aylinn isn't really sure about her 'car accident' and the disappearance of her aunt and unlce. But what does she know about it, when she can't remember anything?

And then there's Alex, a mysterious boy that's at the same school as Aylinn, and that nobody knows much of. At least, nobody does, until Aylinn almost gets killed and he saves her -which is when she discovers he's some kind of Special Agent. And that group of Special Agents is interested in her... Also, is it possible Alex knows more about Aylinn's past than he shows?
