Kismet has a few months or the farthest a year left in her life, despite the incurable leukemia she has been anything but terminal. She knows she is dying, she's not in denial. She has come to deal with that. She just wants to enjoy whatever days she has left of her life and make her mark on the World, something that every dying person wishes to do. 

So she decides to write. It's something she has always wanted to do but never quite did. During her quest in writing she comes across a beautiful enigma that changes her life 360 degrees. From being ready to die, she is now fighting to live for someone who is worth more than life to her.

"What?" He quizzically looks at me.

"A shortened Anglicized version of french phrase à tout à l'heure which means goodbye." 

"Oh, Noodels to your Toodles." 

"My own shortened Anglicized version of the phrase 'Never say Goodbye."
