Zoë Astéria is a cyborg, living in a world where everything is happily ever after, black and white, the female is the damsel and the male is the hero, and there is no emotions.
Forged by her parents secret true love, Zoë has always been haunted by three things, a fierce burning passion for stars and their reflections on society, a hidden fear that she will never get the ending she so desperately craves, and the fact that Zoë can see and feel what the "fairytale" world truly is.
Then, with her parents dead and her boyfriend gone missing into the human world, Zoë's world is flipped upside down and she has to explore the true meaning of a hero, a fairytale and a girl.
Without a guide she turns to her constant companion, the stars, learning passion, hope, love, and what it means to be a human.
Evil, darker forces are at play, forcing her to choose her happily ever after, and becoming a human in a future she never imagined.
