16 year old Glow Smithens has been in hiding for the last twelve years. Why? Well she is wanted by the government due to her unusual power to glow/ shine. When she gets caught and is taken to the secret agency, 05, she meets kids there who have their own unique powers. The agency in America isn't the only one out there, and soon her team is joined by the British 05's. They all have the same wish, to escape. But that maybe harder than they thought.
