Never underestimate the power of the mind... That is the lesson that has been drilled into the head of every young elf, human, animal, and everyone else since the beginning. What is so bad about the mind, you might wonder... well the mind is a dangerous territory, filled with pit falls and mountains, deserts and tundras; a world full of ever changing tides and bright ideas, but all the while filled with darkness and evil.
Techno is a young girl with an extraordinary mind. One so brilliant, so smart and large that even time travel is no problem. Locked away when she was born, Techno has never once stepped foot out of the white plain room she calls home, but when a stranger comes to call and tells her she has been chosen to be the Keeper, Techno can't refuse.
No, literally she can't. She discovers that her fate and life is tied to that of a mysterious empty place known as the Vault, filled with room upon room of empty shelves.
Her task: fill the shelves, and guard it with her life.
For the Vault is more than just a store house for knowledge.

Together they work to find out the truth, but things have gotten worse over the last century and this may not only bring around the downfall of the government.
