Teens are being picked off of the streets by an unknown organization. The suspects are all well known criminals, but in actuality it's a secret government organization by the name of Nokturnal. Who experiment on the teens that they capture to make them into super weapons. Knowing of this plan, can a small resistance, a side shifting speedster, a group of odd balls, and a middle aged teen with a spark put a stop to these plans?
