Adventure short story focusing on the main character, Rain. Who recently ran away from his parents because of mistreatment and neglect. At 17 not knowing where to go, he flees to Arcanum City. A city devoid of morals and law, full of robbers, rapist, murderers, and any other violent crime you can think of. Not only bad people, but there are good people as well. With only a handful of good people and a city like this, Rain still manages to fall in love. Who is this special person? What kind of person are they?
