You were "welcomed" into the student council for your intellect. You were told to do typical errands and assist in projects. At first, everything seemed normal, but then you witnessed the capabilities that one could cause for something they wanted... and you loved it.
You were madly jealous of Tachibana Ritsuka, who attracted the attention of all four members for some strange reason and became aquainted with her to find out why. You soon found out her dark secret; She was what the student council wanted. She was the forbidden grimoire.
