6 months after the Battle of the Five Armies. Erebor had been reclaimed. Thorin is finally King Under the Mountain. The company, Fíli and Kíli, along with their mother Dís, live peacefully under the rule of Thorin Oakenshield. Living in the Lonely Mountain was nothing like the two brothers ever imagine it to be. Yes, the stench of dragon still lingered within the halls, but it was no match to the beautiful tapestries, mounds of gold, and the chambers of green marble. Though eventually, one of them had to realize they weren't as safe as they thought they were.
Ghosts of the past were already looming through his mind at night.
What will happen if that's all he can think about?
Believe me, the demons are just getting started.
