Grace has 6 Months to live after being diagnosed with thyroid cancer.her mother makes her go to therapy and suport groups because she's always deprest and she think it will help her meet people her own age.

One day Grace met a boy leyton. He was so charming she fell for him at school but she don't know anything about him and she don't even know if he knows she even exists.
