Dr. Oliver Thredson is a court-appointed psychiatrist,brought to Briarcliff Manor. He has a broken heart due to his mother for leaving him at a young age. He searches for a mother to care for him since he did not have any care from his mother when he was a child. However,he ends up kidnapping women who he believes is his mother but whom he thought had maternally potent skin he would skin them and behead them.
Oliver meets a woman who changes him and his secret life aka "Bloody Face". Would this woman heal his broken heart or create a bigger gap in his heart?
