Blake Anderson was known as the hottest jock in Cardinal High School., Girls would swoon whenever he walked in the room. I know what you're thinking. 'I bet he is a player'. He was far from it. And I would know. He dated my best friend for over 2 years. Blake was nice and sweet but we never really got along too well. Why you ask? Well I was the school's hottest bad girl. I could make guys week at the knees with just one look. I didn't care much for school what-so-ever so I was usually ditching but I wasn't stupid. I ace all my exams thanks to the tutoring skills of my big brother, Drake. But enough of me. Back to Blake. After the death of his girlfriend, and my best friend, Blake spiraled into depression. I never realized how apart of my life Blake had become until after he cut all ties with me. But I shouldn't care right? He was my best friends' boyfriend and I never really liked him... So what do all the butterflies in my stomach when he smiles at me mean? And the sadness that I feel when he cries? Would I ever be able to replace the place in his heart that my best friend had settled into?

"Who do you think you are? You are just some nerd." He sneered at me, looking down at me like he already owned this place. I chuckled at his ignorance, "Honey, I'm the nerd who rules the school." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You know those cliché stories where it is either 'player and nerd', 'bad boy and nerd', 'bad girl and nerd', 'bad girl and bad boy' etc. What do all those have in common? Well, there's always a nerd that's weak and bullied. That's either the damsel in distress or she suddenly turns badass. But sorry to say, my story is completely different. People fear me, no one dares to bully me, even the cheerleaders and our school's star quarterback bow down to me. Oh you think I'm the 'bad girl'? Sorry, but I'm the nerd who rules the school.
