Many have forgotten about the technology of the past. Computers and energy fueled by electricity. But that's what they wanted. That's what they decided 200 years ago. The Protectors have kept the knowledge of this hidden for years for fear of what could happen when the engineering marvels of the present collide with the technological disasters of the past. But has it all been in vain?

Sage Doweger, or Red as they call her on the streets, has been getting mysterious messages. Notes telling her to watch the shadows. Could it be related to the missing girl who was supposedly taken by a mechanical monstrosity? And what does it all mean when these notes lead back to Lucian Bradshaw, a nobleman with a hidden secret.

32 parts Complete

A retelling of the Hades and Persephone myth, a story of fate, the struggle for power, and love found in the most unexpected places. ***** Persephone has been raised in Olympus all her life - her mother absent, her father a cruel king, with her siblings teaching her all they know. She has seen all of what the gods and goddesses do and she is sick of it. When she learns her safety is threatened by staying in Olympus, she flees to the Underworld. There she stays until she learns that her leaving has caused the world to wilt. But leaving behind her newfound friends and Lady of the Underworld is something she will not do willingly, no matter the consequences.
