Jack and Katherine are in a dangerous country ruled by Grougis and his troops. They are facing against the law by protecting illegal third or fourth born children. The land is in a severe drought and not enough food for the whole country: a law has been set out that rapid population growth is making the situation more severe. So Grougis ordered for all third born to be killed and those who go against the law will be punished. Katherine and Jack struggle to keep the children safe but get separated due to an argument. How will they keep them away from the evil ruler? What will happen if Jack and Katherine get separated? Will Katherine be able to be on her own? How will they face the new government spy?
