This is a dystopian short story with a "different" perspective of the holidays. Every year on Christmas Eve people anticipate getting a "gift". In the year 3042, Christmas is not quite like it used to be. Not at all like it in fact.
With the government in control, things changed over time. This story isn't particularly cheerful but listen as I tell you just what does happen on this most dangerous time of year.

Cyberpunk: Viper
Follow the story of Sam Torres, who ventures into Night City in search of his long lost mother. However, with the scene being set in 2082, 5 years after the events of Cyberpunk 2077, the world of Night City has drastically changed, in ways you can't imagine. But as they say, old habits die hard, and some traditions just carry on, no matter the circumstances. An idea that was inspired by a friend of mine, follow Sam as he sets off on his journey into Night City, and join him as he gets entangled with the dangers of Night City. I'll be releasing each chapter every few weeks or so, along with an artwork that goes along with the chapter. Be aware that this is the first time I've tried writing any type of novel, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for artists who can produce artwork for my characters and the story, so if you are interested, hit me up! And one last thing, this purely a fanfic, it's not official or anything like that.

Once upon a time, I was your typical good girl, doing my job like a total elf star, no complaints. Even with the little "gift" I was born with (aka my disability), I handled life pretty well. But let me tell you, luck's never been my plus-one. What am I talking about? Oh, just my lovely name-and the Christmas curse that comes with it! Every year, without fail, while my family's out decking the halls, I'm over here getting snowed under with the worst disasters. So, yeah, all I want for Christmas is for this nightmare of a season to be over. But this year? Oh, I've really hit the Christmas tree topper. It's December 22nd. Henry has a problem. If he doesn't show up with a girlfriend, his step-mother will have him marry a girl he has no interest in. Morgan has a problem.
