What if when Robin, Aqualad, and Kid Flash went to Project Cadmus, Project Kr wasn't the only thing they found? Project R, or Renegade... A young girl, with no memory of the outside world, or her life before Cadmus, though she is sure she had one. While being experimented on, scientists accidentally changed he DNA to incorporate Meta-genes. When she wakes up from an operation with the ability to fly, she's more than a bit confused. Several years later, when heroes accidentally intrude on her hellish life at Cadmus, she has to make a decision: go with them, and possibly regain her memory, and her family, or stay here. If she goes, she has possibility, possibility for change, good or bad. But if she helps them, and they don't win in an unavoidable fight for freedom, well, there are fates worse than death. If they get away, there always remains the possibility that she'll live up to her name...
