Gemma has a secret that even she doesn't know about.
Jacob also has a secret, but he knows about it and he wants everyone else to know too.
Their secret is the same and Jacob is determined to make sure Gemma feels the same pain he has lived with his entire life.
He couldn't do it by himself though, he needed some help.
