Meadow look at me." He says bending down to my level. I sit there shaking and feel hot tears running down my face. 
"G-go away." I say breathlessly. He looks at me with sad eyes from what I could tell behind the tears.
"He's not here anymore. He can't hurt you." He says quietly holding out his hand for mine. I take deep breaths to calm my shaking down a little bit. "Please." He adds lightly touching my trembling fingers. I grip on with the little strength I have. He lifts my hand to his lips and softly kisses the top. "I'm here."
