He's covered in the young woman's blood that is laying lifeless behind him. The officer that walks in the scene pukes and has to walk out because everything is covered in blood and the smell is unbelievable. The swat comes in and cuffs him. Little do they know that he will escape and be caught just to be put in a mental institution that doesn't have plans on making him better... but to see how far the human brain can go before it can't handle it anymore..
