After the outbreak of the Resina Virus, the world spiralled into madness. All of North America had fallen into anarchy, and only the United States military remained in power. A large group of rogues, known as the Satellites, has been trying to develop a vaccine for the virus. With the military and the Satellites fighting for control over the United States, matters were made worse by groups of cannibals and psychopaths. One member of a survivor posse centred in Massachusetts, Renge Mustafayev, may have the answer to finding a cure. The Satellites, who have searched for the key to a vaccine, are based out west in Canada. Renge is their key. Her posse plans to make the long journey, but will it have been worth the risk when they meet the Satellites?

It's then that they learn of the one girl that hasn't been infected, she's immune, and they're going to do everything they can to get her. Cassandra Bryan, a 19 year old college student, is thrown into the world of the undead when she comes home to witness firsthand what the world has come to. All she wants is to keep her friends safe and find somewhere safe they can live, away from the horrors of the world. She travels the continent, trying to find somewhere she can stay. She faces unimaginable threats and has to learn to face her fears, or die at the hands of them. She faces many things and find some things. She faces death and sadness, faces the unthinkable. And she finds real friendship and even love. Is it possible to love in the apocalypse? She'll just have to find out. She learns of what the government did and that they are looking for her, and she runs, trying to keep her and her friends alive. But there's only so much one girl can do. Will she find somewhere safe to hide from the government? Or will the government finally catch her? Will she fall to the world of the undead? Will her love survive the apocalypse? Y/n never thought that she would ever leave that dark room, but when a Pro Hero and a Police Officer entered the old hospital, she knew she would be freed from that place. It was a dumb decision to trust another adult, but what could she do? No one had stepped into the building in order to find out what happened there except those two, it may have been destined to happen.
