REVENGE

All her life, Ash has tried to do the right thing. She's cleaved to her code of morals no matter what. Except for once. When Ash was five, she made a mistake that could end up costing thousands of innocent people their lives, and she is the only one with the power to stop that. Her only option is killing the monster she created.

Max doesn't give a damn about the 'right thing'. She does what she does and the nature of her actions is beyond her care. But Max does have her limits, things she won't do to anyone. There is only one exception. Max was very young when she made a decision that was never fully executed. In her mind, the only way to rectify her mistake is to finish what she started, even if it costs her her life.

These two ladies are after each other's blood, but they both keep encountering the same problem: they're too evenly matched. The only way one can win is if the other makes a mistake.

Their destinies have been connected from birth. This connection has been slowly tightening into a noose that has already taken much from both Max and Ash. Ultimately, though, the noose will have to choose its last victim, and its list is not long at all...
