Emily Mason has had a hard life. She has been beaten, cut and raped by her birth father after her mother left her to do drugs. After being sent to an orphanage things didn't get any better, she got 2 other adoptive parents who had also abused her and to top that off she had been bullied in school.So life isn't exactly easy for Emily. By the time she turned 13 she doesn't trust anyone but herself or her diary, which has kept her secrets and tears for may years. Up until the actor,Ian Somerhalder had decided to adopt her and also help her get over her past. Will Emily be able to trust again? Or will Ian turn out the same as the others?
