Kayla had only knew one type of life since she was born. This life included gangs, drugs, and a unusual life style that she was getting tired off. As we go through Kayla's journey she remembers flashbacks of her life. Her life before Ethan the guy who had made her a better person.
Her flashbacks shows the hard parts of Kayla's life that she has managed to go through. Now Kayla goes to school, has a job, and may be starting an activity that'll change her life. But paradise is struck when something fatal wakes Kayla up from her life.
She realizes that sometimes you must be strong on your own, but will this storm only rock the boat or make it completely sink.
