There are those of us in this world who are special. Not like a genius or mad scientist. More like Batman and the Flash. We have powers... too bad we are afraid of using them.
We are classified in levels - 1 through 10. Most are levels 1 through 4. However, there are those higher levels people are afraid of. 5 though 10 are the unstable ones. I am one of them.
My name is classified. My age is classified. My location is classified. My level is the only thing known about me. I am the only level 10 left. I am alone.
