Katniss Everdeen is the girl everyone wants to be. She is the queen of Panem High. She has everything. Friends. A hot boyfriend. Even her own little stalker.
When Katniss finds out what Peeta Mellark, the school newspaper's chief writer and photographer, is writing about her, she is furious. She tags Peeta as a 'stalker', and makes just about everyone in the school hate on him. But this doesn't stop Peeta. He continues to write about her, take photographs of her everywhere she goes, along with the various rumours he makes about the popular girl.
Soon, Katniss finally decides to confront Peeta on the matter, annoyed that he wont stop what he is doing.
"Why are you so obsessed with me?!"
"Because I am in love with you, Katniss."

Peeta= a player Katniss= a Normal girl But what girl can't help but fall for the hottest kid in school? Even if he is a player.... Katniss is a normal girl and it is normal for a girl to fall for the local player right? Most girls just date him for attention. Never really thought about how he feels.
