Story line~ Laura's mum and sister died when she was at a young age, after that her father was always abusive and depressed. Then someone walking down the street and heard her screams and his yelling and knocked her father out. He took her to a Foster and adoption stay at place and she went to another family in New York, they just mistreated her and made her do all there chores she was a nothing but she waited a year because she had to stay at a home for at least a year before going back where we start is 1 week before Laura leaves the Matthews household.
