Life without running is unthinkable for Carly Graham - but she could do just fine without friends, thank you very much. Yet when Carly meets a mysterious boy named Rider, who shares her passion for running, they form a strong bond during track team practice hours. As their friendship slowly expands beyond the practice field, Carly's and Rider's delicate compromise between closeness and independence is threatened, and they must decide whether their friendship is worth the price.

A Road to Something More

20 parts Complete

This story is a two-person project, so credit goes out to my good friend, Melissa, for helping me write this story! A girl: She's a fun-loving, extroverted, cheerleader with a secret. A boy: He's very shy, but can always see the best in everyone. Being in a wheelchair won't stop him from making friends. When a simple tutoring session makes a path for these two to grow a friendship, it just might spark something even stronger.
