Dancing with Destiny

Ruby and Sapphire are forced into high school, having not yet mastering their gem's powers. The don't know each other yet, but bump into each other at the schools dance and become friends almost instantly. They are polar opposites, but they balance each other out. They talk every opportunity they get and share everything that is going on in each others lives. They don't know what they would do without each other.

Does this lead to feelings between the two or will they have to keep their inside to themselves for the rest of there high school lives?
