When the Harvesters took someone, they were gone. Everyone accepted that they would never be seen again. That was until a girl was found unconscious outside the bastion walls, a girl that had been taken only a month before. When Cayli is brought back into the Bastion, comatose, Shara realises there might be hope for her recently-taken son.
The world of Cosmada has many more Colours than our world, each with corresponding chromantic powers, along with Harvester counterparts. With a band of chromancers, Shara goes on a dangerous mission to find the Harvesters' home, and hopefully her son. What none of the Bastioners could have realised is how much more hangs in the balance than just one little boy.
