After 7 years of war and torture, America surrenders to the latest Islamic terrorist group, Syrian Islamic State (SIS). Aricia Steinfield just turned 18 and without her parents, she has to struggle to survive in her little shelter that she found underground.
One day, she goes out to find food when she finds herself ambushed by SIS militants. Just when hope is lost, she is saved by 19 year old Trent West.
Trent insists that they stay together to survive and Aricia agrees. They soon realise that they are in the exact same situation as each other: young adults whose parent's were killed by SIS militants and are struggling to survive.
To Aricia, Trent seems like some hot and badass tough guy that you'd meet at the gym but really, Trent has a soft side too. He has a crush on Aricia and he'd do absolutely anything to protect her.
Soon, Aricia starts to develop feelings for Trent and they blossomed into a beautiful couple.
Being able to survive safely for a year, Aricia finds herself pregnant with Trent's child.
Just when they thought that they could live a normal life again, they both get kidnapped and held hostage in a cellar by SIS militants. The SIS militants say that one person must give up their lives or they both die. Who will make the sacrifice and what'll happen after that?
