Catherine Evans is a regular twenty-year-old college student until one email changes everything. Now, she's known as the girl who killed the Internet. In order to escape her nightmarish fame, Cat flees the country and starts life over on a cold, remote island where the only other people are the store owner, the two pub owners, and seven other townspeople.
Cat is trying to get her life back on track - albeit while living far off the grid. However, even the best laid plans are ruined.
When the U.S. government comes looking for her, Cat sees that her troubles are far from over.
