Sir Guy has been hauled from Nottingham by Prince John's soldiers after Sherrif Vasey blames him for the lack of sufficient tribute monies collected from the nobles to line Prince John's cofferes. Sir Guy thinks that he is a dead man once he reaches London. And Vasey is now his mortal enemy--if he ever has the chance to settle that score. Yet when Sir Guy arrives at Prince John's court, he will find an altogether different scenario at play. And love and happiness might yet be within his grasp. P.S. Guy of Gisborne - This Changing Life
A Sir Guy of Gisborne story. Loosely based on the BBC story of Robin Hood, using characters that I have grown attached to. I own no rights to the BBC show,(sadly) but wanted to add a bit of fan fic to see what response I would get. Sir Guy of Gisborne, Princess Kes and Robin of Locksley are friends as children. Their future is still to be told.Complete
Hello Old Friend
Even when they were young, Robin Hood and Guy of Gisborne disliked each other. An old friend that knew them both was often the only thing that kept them from killing each other. At the age of sixteen, their friend was forced to leave their friends behind and go with their father and sibling after the death of their mother. Alex d'Auvergne snuck away to the Crusades to serve first as a healer and then as a warrior before being knighted by Richard the Lionheart. Somehow, Alex escaped death and was followed home to England accompanied by knights that pledged their fealty to the brave Alex. After finding out what has happened to Nottingham in their absence. Appalled at the changes made by the sheriff they sought to find one known as The Man in Black. Alex's honor, integrity, and vow to King Richard makes him stay in Nottingham to right the wrongs that he has already seen. It's only when the secrets are revealed that changes can be made. I have this rated as mature but I would consider it to be more of an R rating.Complete
