Elsa is a successful business owner of Arendale Fashions. She co-founded it with her sister Anna. After their parents death, Elsa had to find a way to get Anna through high school so, she worked part time jobs while also working in fashion designs. After Elsa graduated, she started Arendale Fashions. When Anna graduated, she joined her sister.

Jackson Overland, or as he likes to be called, Jack, owns Frost Photography. His business has been successful as well. Jack started it after he graduated college, with his roommate Kristoff.

During her free time, Elsa enjoys going ice skating to release stress or to let go of all her troubles. Jack skates as well on occasion since that is what got him a full ride into college. One day, a ice skating match comes up. It's for partners only, Elsa and Jack meet and decide to team up. They do not know much about each other at first, but slowly. They fall for each other.
