There was one. An odd number, which meant someone was going to get the short end of the stick. He was battling against my over active mind for one thing. An angel. An angel to keep his mischievous demon self amused while the other gets hurt.
My name is Imogen Rose, and I'm the queens 'dark rose'. In other words, I get rid of any pest that cause her majesty distress, but this 'pest' is troublesome to take care of.
I'm a subtle person who prefers to be on my lonesome. A quiet shadow, a flower bending in the wind. Though he forgot one crucial fact: Every rose has its thorns, and every thorn is one that hurts not the rose, but others.
