This is my own hunger games novel so ya I'll update as much as possible. 

Dakota Mayfeild and Weston Palmer are from section 17, an unheard of section until Christmas eve. That day Dakota and weston are chose to be the first recruits from section 17 to participate in the Hunger Games.
