In the year 2098, Pearl Harbor is home to survivors, CDF's, mutants, mutant hunters and more. When 17 year old Amanda Summers is saved from a mutant by Ciel Rogers, age 21, her whole life turns into a mutant-hunting adventure. Amanda has secrets, as well as Ciel, who refuses to show his face to anyone, and covers it with a saw mask. The two take cover in a clock tower, but people often come up there, and it may be time for them to go somewhere else, but where?
