This is a short story about a teenaged girl who has depression and is trying to get through life the best way she can. She is a little bit shy but she likes to talk to people. But the ones she does talk to she can't trust. So in the end she has no one to go to and decides to be independent. In the long run she winds up finding the love of her life who helps her every step if the way and loves her for who she is depression and all.
