Humans in the past had been very inaccurate about the future. There hadn't been many advances, but one advance in particular took the world by storm. Synthetic humans would fight for us, against us and help citizens in everyday life. These same "robots" would also soon develop the intelligence and personalities as humans, and they would even develop consciousness. People would also soon begin to develop feelings for them as well, and the Synthetic humans would do the same.
There's only one problem, it's frowned upon.
One girl is out to crush this difference, for she soon finds herself falling in love with a Synthetic human.
Another problem though. She lives with him and he's a teacher.
