Numbers. That's all I ever see anymore, numbers. Ever since I can remember, they have always been there, hovering over people's heads like ghosts. Most of the numbers I see are 0's. My mother's number is 0 and so is my father's and even my snot-nosed little brother's. Very few of the numbers are 1's and even less are higher. But my girlfriend Jessica's number - is 37.

I didn't mean to fall in love with my brother's best friend. Kingsley Pierce has been my enemy since he befriended my twin brother in first grade. I'm not like wonder woman, supergirl or catwoman. The only similarity we share is that we all have an extraordinary ability and are females. Many people would say having superpowers was a gift from god and the best thing that could ever happen to you.
