Eun Soo is one of those girls who loves to study and would do anything to grab next romance/ action book on her hands. However her job makes her make hard choices that would determine life or death. You would think seeing death, blood, and the sick as a surgeon everyday would change a person, but it only make Eun Soo try harder to heal them. Although she wants to help the sick, a childhood trauma makes it sometimes hard for her to concentrate when she is near blood. After a tragic loss, Eun Soo leaves the city to clear her head, but what happened was beyond her imagination. Somehow, she face planted on a war zone between Joseon and the Japanese, literally! Never would she have thought she would end up at 1606 in Joseon. Her life took a sharp turn as she faces samurai, more death, betrayal, royalty, love, family, and babies!!!
