I am here because I am an orphan. I am an orphan because my parents are dead. I follow the rules of this home. I obey the rules of this home. I trust this home and everybody inside it. My name is Claire James, I am 16 years old and I am an orphan.
Claire James was given up to a government home when she was a very little kid. They take care of her here and they always have. Once every day the people who run this home call out a few names and the children that belong to those names get to go to a new home. Claire has always thought of it as normal when suddenly a new kid comes but he is the first kid to be ever put in this home that is older then 4. He is the same age as Claire. Ever since the new kid came everything has been changing and Claire is about to find out where the new home really is.
