Well, except Jay, her older brother, and also her only family left. They vowed to find the source of the murders and get their revenge. But, then comes Jame. He somehow finds a way to earn Claire's friendship,and maybe even trust. Will he be the one to help Claire and Jay find the murder source, and finally put them to ease? Or will he lead them deeper into the hole that they are already stuck in?

He and Mikayla are fighting habitually, his home life is still unbearable, and his time at school is hardly any better, made worse by a bully named Calvin. Their mutual dislike of one another leads to a lot of hostility, routinely leading to Jay being sent to his school's principal. One confrontation in particular goes much too far, resulting in Jay's expulsion from school.
