Ember lives out in the Pryer Mountains. Her favourite part of where she lives is that it is surrounded by wild horses, known as the Pryer horses. Her favourite horse out of them all though, has to be the almost white stallion Cloud. Ember spends her days out in the mountains just to watch him as he fights to keep his family.
But what happened when the government decides that they don't want the horses around anymore, and worse yet, they've already started to remove some.
