This entire novel is dedicated to one of my closest friends and long time bandmate Will Blum, who picked me up when I was down, when I thought I couldn't do it, and who always kept me laughing while jamming or at school; however, I will dedicate chapters to different people who I feel really contributed to the events in the chapter.
