Kim Burgess had one sister named Abbie Burgess, but they lost contact when Kim moved out of the family home and became a police officer.
When Abbie calls Kim and tells her that their parents had ordered a divorce, Kim decides to pay Abbie a visit, and when she does, she realises that something's not right with Abbie.
Abbie was never into make up, but now she always wears it. She has bracelets up to her elbows and will never wear shorts, even when it's the hottest day of the year.
Knowing that Abbie would never harm herself, Kim tells Voight, but will Voight listen? And if he does, will Abbie open up to Kim?

This is my first fanfic, I've read quite a few and want to give it a shot. This story is untitled at the moment and will focus on Adam Ruzek and Kim Burgess, but all characters will be in the story.
