She looks like Amara and is a vampire,witch she got her powers from Emily Bennett who transferred her powers to Amaya, and was made a vampire so basically shes a original. She already met the originals AKA family, Katherine and the salvatore brothers .Right now were at the part where shes passing by Mystic falls But runs into Stefan And Elena. Yes Stefan and Damon both loved Amaya but she chose Stefan so shes not a player
