Erin has to learn. Erin has to rule. Erin has to marry. These are all the responsibilities shoved onto an eighteen year old with a tiara forced on her head.
Most would find being a princess pleasurable, but with suitors, duties, and marriage threats Erin finds it less than enjoyable. She yearns to leave her life at the palace and explore outside the lands of Funotte, that is, if she can ever get past the palace gates.
Our story begins on the night of a ball. A ball that Erin's father has set up so that a kingly suitor may be found for her. As Erin roams the unfamiliar lands of potential matrimony, her eyes light upon a boy she has never seen before and her heart is ensnared. However, her father has different ideas for her betrothal and the rivalry that two lands face may force the lovers apart.
