Cherry is your average 17 year old girl. Her and her brother, Shawn, live with their foster mother in Bushwich, NY. All she wants is to get them both out of there and off to California. A few days before the fight that can make all her dreams possible her mother comes back in her life and she meets him. A young green eyed artist who could show her that there is more to life then what she may think. Will this stranger make Cherry give up on her dreams of California and being a photographer. He can't wait to go off to college with his friends and get away from his dad and the stupid little town he grew up in. How will things change for them over the next year? This will be a series of 4, but the other books will be spin-offs and can be read as stand-alone books. They will, however, be published in chronological order. Full warning, this book is much shorter than I intend on making the spin-offs. I was planning on writing book two as the first in the series but found myself needing more of a prequel to all three other books, and so I chose to write something from their high school years.
