When She Left

Pointing toward the huddle, I asked Stacy,"Do you see that?"
"What is it?" Leaning toward the figures she took off her Maui Jim's and squinted in the direction of the commotion.
She started off in that direction and I followed like a lost puppy.

Tobias Mathers is not extraordinary in any sense of the word. With his too long nose and too dark eyes, he has always been the person that blended in. His best friend, Stacy has always been by his side.
But when he finds Margo Shay Colins dead in the school parking lot, his world flips. He has spend his entire boring life marveling at her from afar, and before he works up the courage to talk to her, his love is dead. He feels his heart was ripped from his chest, leaving a cold, gaping hole.

Tobias finds himself following a string of clues that led him in a direction he didn't expect. He tests loyalties, and finds new love, while unraveling the mystery that is Margo.
