She detests the idea so much, she fakes Scarlett's death. As the pack is feeling sorrow of the fake death, Scarlett's mother forces Scarlett out of the pack and leaves her to rot in the human world. Scarlett could not communicate with the pack since she had no mind link. But Scarlett's mother did a terrible mistake.
